Installing Click to Call gives you another option for creating new actions.  Enter in the new action's name, select Click to Call, follow the setup step, and voilà! You've got a Click to Call campaign!

Enter in a sample script for your constituents to use or provide talking points.

You can setup anybody with a phone as a target, be it the governor, the mayor, a Senator, or even the town dog-catcher!

When your campaign connects a constituent to the target, Click to Call can read to the constituent different scripts for different points in the call.  For instance, when connecting the call, Click to Call will call the constitutent first with some instructions on what to do next.  (Read the sample script above)

Constituents starting the the call will hear this script first.

After the call, you can ask for a follow up from the constituent asking how the call went.

If the target's phone line is busy, your constituent can leave a message with you to deliver later.

You can also plan for a failed call.

You can record a message from your constituent and deliver it later.

You can set up a thank you message, too.

You can specify the budget for all the phone calls you want to connect.

Reporting

Action Overview Report

Click to Call uses a telephone service call Twilio.  You can set a limit on the amount of money ou want to spend on calls for this campaign.  This report shows overall usage as well as usage broken down by action.

Action Report - this report shows each target called, including status of calls made per target.

Target Report - this report shows detailed information for each supporter for a given target.
